For the way the scale functions I give it 4 stars- it seems to work very well for the weights that it is designed to measure - (down to .1 g or 100mg). To Amazon, who tried to fix my problem, I give 5 shining stars! but I'm still waiting to see the info changed here, so that no more people buy the wrong calibration weight like I did, despite all my efforts to find out which one was required! So get the 500g calibration weight if you think you will need one for this scale. I was looking for a mini portable digital scale to measure food and ingredients for cooking and eating. I searched online and saw this scale as the best one out of all that I had researched.
